Dear Lucille Roberts,

Thanks for lying to me about when you open and close and leading me to believe that you are open normal gym hours. I'm sure when I said to the sales rep that I like to work out early before work, you thought I meant at other gyms. Since I quickly found out you guys really open at 8 am, when I should be finishing my work out, and close when I am getting home from work, I get to pay for something I don't use! So fun!!! And so practical!

Also, thanks for making it almost impossible to cancel my useless membership, even though I signed up for a no-commitment/month to month plan. It has been great calling a busy line over 100 times since you guys don't cancel memberships at your locations. You probably save thousands by only having one customer service rep answer all those calls! So, it looks like we'll be working together for a very long time. I can't wait to waste more minutes and money.

Keep it up guys, you are running a very well managed and customer friendly business!

P.s. If you guys wouldn't mind turning up the raggaeton music a little louder that would be great. I can still hear just a little bit of my own music when my iPod is on full blast. Thanks!

You could also dispute the charges on your credit card. That should get them talking to you.
