I know this post is probably totes stupid, but today I want to talk about lunch. Lunch is by far my favorite time of the day. So much that I named all other meals lunch too, just "morning lunch" or "night lunch" so Jake knows which one I'm talking about.

Anyway, the reas' I love day lunch so much is because I get to take a break from work and go on a short walk to the produce guy around the corner. On the way back I stop by the bakery for a whole wheat roll and I'm ready.

Recipe:
Cucumber
Vine ripened tomato
Feta crumbles
Fresh squeezed lemon juice (in place of dressing)
Dash of salt
Whole wheat roll on the side

Sometimes I slice avocado in there if I'm feeling crazy, but there you have it. Salad without lettuce. Genius. I eat this for lunch every day. And every day I think to myself how flavorful, crisp and fresh it is. If I EVER get sick of this salad, I'll be a monkey's uncle. It's complete delish.

On a good day, I get a juicy peach for dessert. On a normal day, I go back to the bakery.
