A few things. I'm blogging at 5:30 a.m. I will explain this in a minute. And second, Piper Jane is a total Rastafarian with dread locks! She had a few little mattes in her hair that I decided not to brush out before we left, but when I saw her yesterday, they had developed into several, hard core dreads. I was afraid of that happening, but I'm glad it did. I don't think the picture does them justice, there are a lot more that you cant see and they are so cute.
Piper's teeth are getting pretty big and she has one working it's way in on the top row. It was so good to see her again and I didn't want to leave. Her rattling skills have just about doubled in the last week. She hit me in the face with one of them because I guess she was annoyed with me or something. I guess it was payback for all that suctioning I do. Hillary met me at the hospital to visit and play with us. Piper totally showed off and left me and Hillary in complete giggle mode. Man oh man, it's good to be back.
I'm awake at 5:30. Last night we decided to watch one of our netflix dvds that we had waiting for us. We watched the Machinist. It's a Christian Bale movie that intrigued me because he lost like a hundred pounds for the role. He reportedly weighed as low as 112 pounds, which I totally believe. He was so frail and I couldn't believe it was the same man who played the big, buff Batman. The point is, this movie is terrifying. I HATE HATE HATE scary movies. This was supposed to be a thriller, but it was not thrilling, it was a blasted horror. I didn't sleep a wink. A WINK. In fact, I was so scared that I made one of those peep holes to breathe out of with my blanket. You know, so I could have my entire body covered and safe, but still have a 3 inch opening for oxygen. I almost sweated to death, so once it was light enough that I felt safe, I bolted out of my bedroom and turned on every light in the house. I've been watching the Big Brother 10s that I have stored up on dvr from our vacation. I don't know. Maybe you are all completely unimpressed with what a sissy I am and aren't going to be my blog friends anymore. But it's not like I wanted to stay up all night visioning unexplainable post-it notes on my fridge. Aside from being so scary, it was an interesting movie and the ending was pretty good. But if you have a bed-wetting problem, I wouldn't risk it.
So much happened on our trip to Utah that I wish I could explain in great detail, but it would be mad boring. So I wont. Just some quickies.....Both of our entire immediate families were there (minus Pip), we went on three incredible hikes and one fun run, Jake fished his brains out, I had possibly the last face-to-face visit with my sweet gramma, Kate got even cuter, we ate banana boats, went to an icy cave and had a *&%$ load of family time. My favorite of all. I'll post pictures of a few of the events. Don't read if you aren't interested. Do if you are.
Oh yeah, I saw myself in STAR magazine. It's from the High Heel A Thon. Are you guys sick of me talking about that yet? Olga from work saw it and showed me, then I tore out the page. I will scan it in so you can see the extent of my fame. But right now I have to go because I am very busy and important. Just kidding. It is now 6 a.m.

Sorry you got so scared. I thought that movie was a bit of an odd choice for you.
