We love having Piper Jane here for no reason. I mean, there is a reason, but not urgent. She is just hanging out like a normal Pip and enjoying the fun toys her bff Stella let her borrow. She was so bored before since CS sent her back with nothing, so it was much appreciated. Children's ran out of room while we have been gone, so Jake had to drive to NJ and pick up all of Pippy's stuff yesterday. Um, I didn't mind at all because we finally got to put her in this beautiful outfit that Carl and Becca got for her birthday about a week before she came back to Columbia.....

She just looks so sweet in it. She is sweet. As long as your aren't trying to wipe her face or suction her. Then, when I came in on friday morning, she also had a late birthday present from her very favorite PICU nurse, Mara. Some very adorable pajamas that were much needed. It's hard to find pj's that fit when your child only grows length wise and most of them are footies. Footies I love, but in order for them to fit properly, it is very necessary to grow length AND width (she is trying) or they look preposterous.....when it was bedtime, we changed her into them and they are just perf'. Plus they say cute chick on them. Because Piper is a bird just like her mom :)

I swear Piper is growing so much. Sometimes I forget that she came into this world the size of my hand with a foot the size of my thumb print (but a little larger than normal thumb print I might add). I can't believe such an angel came from such heathens as Jake and myself. I think about P at work sometimes and I start to just smile and giggle because she is just so funny and cute. Pretty much the funniest and cutest ev. Bye!
