Baby shoes

I'm desparate to find Piper some shoes for her birthday. I'm thinking something along the lines of strappy sandals, or the classic Mary Jane. Her dress is red with mostly green and brown in it. Does anyone know of a store with a wide selection of baby shoes? I'm so sick of ugly. I've been researching online forever and something tells me it's not supposed to be this difficult. Every store I go in to only has 2 or 3 choices in her size (NB) and they are more like booties.

Pedipeds? Robeez? Those are my newborn favorites - you can get them at Nordstrom.
Cute shoes in NB sizes are hard to find - I've actually had some luck with Target, and then I get crafty with a glue gun and craft store embellishments like flowers and ribbons. Sounds lame but otherwise they are plain looking and fugly.
