A travesty
While jake was paying I noticed a nutritional facts sheet on the wall. Wow, the average donut has 200 calories and about 8 grams of fat. A little less than I expected. I kept reading and was scanning to find my beloved toasted coconut (secretly expecting it would be surprisingly low fat). When I did find it, my stomach dropped and my heart beat about two feet outside of my chest. 17 grams of fat!!!! No, it can't be! I won't believe you! What am I going to do? I love this donut like a family member?
I couldn't enjoy my breakfast knowing each bite was the leading cause of obesity. It was definitely the last time I'll order it. I was quiet and thought about it the whole walk home. How could DD do this to me? What else are they hiding? And for those of you getting the breakfast sandwhiches because you think eating dessert for breakfast is unhealthy, the sausage, egg and cheese crassant has 51 grams of fat! 51 grams! Thats more than you need in two days.
I wish I wouldn't have ever known. Ignorance is bliss.

Reagan,Reagan,Reagan...coconut is like the most fattening natural food. (I'm sorta making that up, but it's really fattening). I'm sorry for this new discovery...it's like finding out about Santa Clause all over again. But I *think* you might be able to spare the fat/calories...just a hunch.

So, I'm pretty sure that you could get away with eating one..... or two..... or three...... coconut donuts everyday. I think its pretty safe to say that you aren't going to become obese anytime soon.
